The mall was originally known as Prime Outlets Puerto Rico. It is owned and managed by the Premium Outlets division of Simon Property Group and was developed by Chelsea Premium Outlets, which was later acquired by Simon. The center was designed with a village-style layout and walking lanes throughout. There is an air conditioned food court and a playground. Here you will find a colorful collection of stores, including all sorts of famous brand names. Some of the stores are Adidas, Aeropostale, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Bass, Carter’s, Charlotte Russe,Coach, GAP Outlet, Kenneth Cole, Nike Factory Store, Nautica, Nine West, Oakley Vault, Old Navy Outlet, Perry Ellis, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, among many more. Almost anything you could want. There is also a food court, restroom facilities and plenty of free parking.
