Hacienda Prosperidad is a three-generation family coffee farm in the Jayuya mountains. Its bookable “From Seed to Cup” visit walks through the farm’s washing and drying areas, then lets guests roast a sample and finish with a guided brew; the family also sells its own small-batch coffee.
